Application for Dispensation under Part 3, Division 1A of Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

In addition the application shall include all fees required by the Tasmanian Planning Commission.

Permit Applications Combined with an Application for Rezoning, Scheme Amendment or Dispensation.

Where an application is included for a combined dispensation, rezoning or scheme amendment and permit application, the application fee shall be determined with reference to the equivalent Planning Permit application fee.  The fee will be the greater of the fees, plus the fees required by the Tasmanian Planning Commission.
